How come nobody can figure out marketing? How come theres only... Three or four "self propelled" campaigns that are able to grow via human interest and without constant ad spending?

Whats the secret? Is there a secret? Whats the difference? Theres so many professionals that live off this but it seems like they all suck.

3 or four self propelled campaigns PER YEAR**, at least to the mass population.

Im sure if you find something niche theres more. But the question stands

everyone is saturated in ads from birth and grow a resistance to them. to pierce that resistance requires something fresh. you see anti-ads now just because of how strong that resistance is

you have to give people what they want

If it's so saturated then why is the ad/commercial industry still so big?

because repetition works and raises awareness of a product or brand

your product/brand is at a disadvantage if people dont know about it, even if they hate your ads

well, most ad campaigns you see are profitable. Thats why you see them. You can figure out if an ad is profitable with like.. a hundred bucks now, in a week. Chances are everything you see on the TV, or on your phone more than once, makes money.

Im talking about something stuff that makes a splash. Like how everyone made fun of the first airpods when they came out, dumb ways to die, etc.
