Somebody who has been in the country for 40 years prior to removing housing stock is already using housing stock in the country versus an immigrant who goes 40k into debt with TD instantly and spends the 25k his family scrapped together for him back in India or Pakistan in order to migrate and begins to rent or buy housing his first month in the country.

he sold it to flood the market and keep gold price down. He sold his own Canadian people out. This is what disgusts me, is that the people know they're being screwed but they have learned helplessness, they hold their hands up and cry and say "what can we do?", you can pick up a fucking book and read about money, learn how it's used, how it works, you don't even need a book, you have video lectures and presentations that PROVE TO YOU what money is using basic math, but these people don't want to take accountability. It's so simple for most people, they let the country sell their gold, but the people should be buying their own gold, DUH. Not only gold, but silver as well, take that wealth out of the bankers hands and use it privately yourself.

The only way it can be said to have any disinflationary impact is that we indebt them in CAD, and so they will sell INDR or other currencies for CAD to pay debts or they will work and produce goods (maybe) to pay off the debt. In the modern day economic theory (which is garbage) the BoC thinks that having more indebted folks is good because it gives policy more strength as rates go up the lag is less and less.
I have a degree in finance and i'm telling you almost everything they try to teach today is propaganda socialist nonsense, and we are super fucked. as long as they aren't first to default it doesnt matter how many lose their homes. they are in contract and the terms are negotioble by the lender. they'll just ask cannucks to indenture their children.

as long as you fail second and bounce back first it doesn't really matter how much damage is done in recession. look at aus in 2008. it's as though they werent a part of the system. thats because their minimal impact was offset by measured QA which was quickly recovered by increasing consumer debt.

they'll inflate a little more to buy back some debt before crashing the dollar value to a normal and nominal level, then they'll seek more debt at the new price.
literally paying a free loan with imaginary money.

80% of all money didn't exist more than 36 months ago. this has to be accounted for. once they utilize the new debts they'll announce a new neutron source for energy and oscillitaic (TBA sic.) motion as a technology like the nuclear revolution however they'd like to maintain control, which was the mistake of the old world families like the astors and vanderbilts.

for them every house is "worth" whatever the house on the same street sold for.
interest rates do not come into it.

cratering housing here will require a recession where they are forced out of "their" homes.
they will not look at rates and conclude prices must fall.

Eventually ball of boomer cash will grow exponentially so fast we hit a singularity and solar system real estate begins to trade like Canadian housing. But I have no clue what to do in these situations where everything seems like it’s gonna get fucked. Idk where to put my money, t-bills? I don’t have enough knowledge to know what to do to keep my money safe and it feels like I’m just letting it rot away. My parents are financially retarded so I don’t know anyone personally who can give me advice. I have a car already so I don’t need to get one. Idk what to do with the rest. Pls help.

Yeah you could put that in a TFSA, but our government is going to destroy what's left of freedom and capitalism (barely anything left) and to do that they will rob you.
Bury silver or gold in your yard, put a box of food in the basement. The Canadian government will attempt to use price controls on things like food, which will cause shortages, people will panic etc. You don't need a 30 year supply of food, you need something to help bridge the gaps however.

I recommend MSFT, V, MC, or Railways, like CP or CNI, as they're critical infrastructure and only go up and to the right. Oh, and move to Alberta.

I work as a General Contractor doing renos and small additions along with some minor landscaping stuff. Work from <50 clients or anyone not upper class has dropped off a cliff. Rates are hitting regular people hard enough that the crazy Reno market has crashed overnight, I suppose that's what happens when most people borrow money to pay for that.

Most builders in my area (Hamilton and surround), especially the large ones, have stopped all projects in pre-construction phases completely. Very big problems in closing as well. Lots of investors who bought pre-construction a couple years back are finding out they cannot flip these homes anymore or they themselves no longer qualify for credit. Housing market is in some sort of hellish limbo. A very large amount of people can't afford a mortgage anymore, however, there is no supply, and demand is still extremely high from the 5-800,000+ brownoids they bring in every year. Some thing has to give. The real estate market needs to explode. 100 acres of actual fucking swamp and mosquitoes in Nowhere Ontario costs over $200,000.

This country follows Canada almost entirely to the tee in terms of political capital using mass immigration to greatly prop up housing market prices.

The premium on silver is irrelevant. Even with the premium silver is 4x undervalued compared to gold (5x undervalued based on spot price). At this moment, the usual advice and the safest bet is to get 100 ounces of silver for every ounce of gold.
