it's weird because their ToS has a provision warning about "risk of rapid adoption" which could cause the token price to rapidly appreciate, could it be they don't want it to get too expensive too quickly? which is odd because chainlink job fees are determined by the price of gas + a % premium, they're not a flat LINK rate
