Does he make a commission per successful lawsuit? I know the SEC are not funded by tax payer money so they survive off of suing people/fees, so I'm guessing he does get a commission off of suing people hence why he wants to label everything as a security. Not just for the survival of the SEC, but also to make a fuckload of money by nitpicking any little thing people do which = lawsuit/fees which = mansions and yachts
