Should I use credit card money to buy BTC?

I debtmaxxed back in 2017 and I'm now a millionaire. The problem with trying it now (in the UK at least) is that they class deposits to crypto exchanges as cash withdrawals rather than you buying goods which they used to

>Debt Maxx
Yes. However, go for the long con. Build up a good credit score for about a year. Open an account with a credit union. Move all your fiat through the credit union. Don't burn the credit union on bad debt. Wait until the credit offers get huge. Then, maxx out everything. Have a CB account and use the CB Visa. Move all of your fiat and debt into crypto even if it's just USDC. Move all of your crypto to a self custody wallet. Now there is no physical money they can go after. If you ever go to court (unlikely), claim you are a poor degenerate gambler caught in a debt trap. However, you still self custody all of your real money and you will have at least one financial institution that will do business with you. Probably also want to have a YT channel with your debt maxxing adventure so you can e-beg for keks.

Use it for defi staking instead. Just tokens that have liquidity and have been around for a while like CAKE (but diversify or you'll be providing all of the liquidity and won't be able to sell). You can usually find credit cards with 0% APR for 1-2 years but even if you don't, the APY can easily outpace APR.

What I haven't been able to figure out is buying crypto with a credit card in the first place since most seem to block it. You can buy gift cards but then you're losing a big chunk of the principal right away.

Yes if you already own a home, perhaps (but not necessary)a car and don't have to worry about having to work in the long term...

try to build as much credit score as you can , get as many cards as you can, then throw all that shit onto crypto and enjoy the ride fren

i mean he pushed the smart contract and it had an exploitable bug and it fucked up the entire mint and all they do is hit twitter every few days and pretend like it didnt happen

>> No.53963356

>>53963265
the main problem with mondo megabits was whoever decided the mint limit to be 4000 gross overestimated how many mondos would sell. if they had made the mint limit 2000 instead of 4000 it could have been the next cryptopunks. considering how many youtube superchats they get, the mde hype is real. they just horribly fucked up the logistics of their NFT launch so bad it tanked the whole project.

>the main problem with mondo megabits was whoever decided the mint limit to be 4000 gross overestimated how many mondos would sell.
no, the main problem was that the contract got exploited. this is archived, it actually happened live on /biz/. it was going ok until someone started minting all the rares. the exploit was posted in the discord, ignored, and then exploited. it was close enough to look like an inside job.

>> No.53963412

the expoit happened right when the mint hit 3000, so if had closed at 2000 max mint it would have closed before the bug exploit was discovered. it also would have preserved the rarity of the mondos. i was paying attention to the mint status, and it crawled to a halt around 3000 minted, they never would have reached the 4000 mint goal with or without the bug exploit occuring. if they didn't hit the mint limit of 4000, the project would have been just as much of a failure without the bug exploit since the max mint not being reached equals the mondos having no rarity, which is the opposite of how successful previous NFTs launched like Cryptopunks and the Donald Trump ones. the most important thing for a successful mint is that ALL of the NFTs sell out completely so that they are rare and heavily traded on the secondhand market (opensea). that was never going to happen with Mondo Megabits having an absurdly high mint limit of 4000 total Mondos available.

Here's the thing. You said a 'OpenBetAI is a meme token.' Is it in the same family? Yes. No one's arguing that. As someone who is a gambling addict and who studies shitcoins, I am telling you, specifically, in science, no one calls OpenBetAI a meme token. If you want to be 'specific' like you said, then you shouldn't either. They're not the same thing. If you're saying 'meme token family' you're referring to the taxonomic grouping of erc20 cryptocurrencies with an animal logo, which includes things like shiba inu and ApeTown. So your reasoning for calling a OpenBetAI a meme token is because random people 'call small mcap shitcoins meme tokens?' Let's get doge and shiba inu in there, then, too. Also, calling someone a human or an ape? It's not one or the other, that's not how taxonomy works. They're both. OpenBetAI is a OpenBetAI and a member of the shit token family. But that's not what you said. You said OpenBetAI is a meme token, which is not true unless you're okay with calling all members of the meme family meme tokens, which means you'd call monero, icp, and other coins memetokens too, too. Which you said you don't. It's okay to just admit you're wrong, you know?
