I’m of the schizo tin foil hat party who believes crypto is all a red herring designed to drain the plebs of their savings while making enough noise to justify government censorship. SBF and the other scams in recent years are the perfect justification for our reptilian overlords to completely bar crypto while implementing their own CBDC which will be sold to specifically be “safe” and “protected” in the same way our banks are backed by the “faith and credit” of our benevolent government.

Guns, gold, grub, and ground, man. Everything else from stocks to crypto to real estate has been a bubble inflating for the last half century.

yeah I'm of this opinion. I have a job that pays well, but I put money that I don't absolutely need liquid in the short term for food, fuel, repairs, etc. investing in my own self sufficiency. Trying to grow more of my own food, raise animals, etc. I'm installing a wood stove in my fireplace this spring to compliment the pellet stove, I'm buying a second backup generator that runs on propane.. just trying to cover all bases. Anything that's left over goes into silver and gold, currently sitting at a 50:1 ratio.

that really depends on the creek or general location you want to prospect. I will usually search for boulder patches first, or clay beds and pan there if no bedrock is readily visible. If its deep its usually out of your reach for hand shoveling, so instead focus on ground where gold could settle out on the surface. Remember too, not every river or creek that carries gold will have nuggets, they are rare in general. Grains over match head size need special formations to generate, and more to protect them from being obliterated through erosion and travel. Never give up looking! Try testing in nearby mosses at the high water mark, try the river banks high above the modern water line for, especially where river cobbles appear. Try around non natural formations too like concrete barriers or road culverts!

I did exactly what you’re talking about but at a much more realistic scale. Most have this meme in their head that they’re going to move to some farm and somehow make money selling food but it’s effectively a bullshit scam when you look into the nitty gritty. Unless you’re ready to market complete bullshit like micro greens or salad mixes to rich yuppies in the city you are fucked. I spent the last decade exploring how those markets look and I HATE the faggots who role play ol timey farmer when they’re selling salad greens for shitloads to the same faggots who priced them out of the city in the first place. Here’s what I did:

>sold my house in downtown liberal fag city
>bought a shit box to renovate for cheap in a tiny country town in the same region you’re talking about.
>has .85 acres on the cusp of town so I can sell produce at the local farmer’s markets and nursery crops like trees and shrubs online
>has enough of a local economy that a basic wagie job covers all the bills and allows me to put money away at the end of the month into a nest egg, PMs, and potentially more real estate to possibly rent.

You gotta explore the towns of the Midwest but you can find areas that aren’t blowing up like the niggerville cities but aren’t complete ghost towns that have been bleeding people for the last fifty years.

Even if I have to work in the nearest town it’s 20 minutes of country driving rather than 40 minutes of bumper to bumper with vans full of beaners and black single mothers trying to kill me by blindly merging while doing 60 in a 35. Fuck the cities.

dont get into buying a mineral property without knowing what it entails. Its far more complicated than many people understand. I thought it was hilarious seeing that property flipping show on discovery about young hip couples buying mines and trying to live out the gold rush fantasy without knowing any of the regs or rules first. That would be the Mount Everest Mint 1974 Mother's Day silver bar. A very rare piece in which a few of the bars minted actually did have a jewel in the necklace. You can tell from the back (as pictured here), the ones with the crater came with a diamond and the ones minted with a flat back did not.

So this coin was in a collection I was going through. Had to use the coinsnap app to know what it was. It told me this coin was a Peru 8 escudos which was a gold coin that goes for $5000-150,000. Ok, so I weigh it and it weighs less than half of a real 8 escudos. So I discover it's a replica that can be had for $20. It's gold plated pewter of all things.

Hey guys, look at this shit the UK Labour party is going to do if they win the next general election (which is looking highly likely). To combat the housing crisis here, Lisa Nandy has said that they will rob the pensions to buy discarded private rented property and then lease it back to local housing departments to renovate and convert into social homes. This is the same woman who not that long ago was all about flooding the UK with refugees. The whole thing is nothing more than creating a crisis so the people become dependent on you, typical empire tactics. Absolute scum these lot are.

WTF is going on at the Perth Mint?

>The historic Perth Mint is facing a potential $9 billion recall of gold bars after selling diluted or "doped" bullion to China and then covering it up, according to a leaked internal report.

>The mint started "doping" its gold as a cost-saving measure.

>When it got caught for some of its gold dipping below Shanghai Gold Exchange standards, it kept it quiet.

>This is the latest scandal to hit the mint, after it was investigated by the London Bullion Market Association (LBMA) in 2020 over gold purchased from a convicted killer in Papua New Guinea.

>The other headache for the mint is an ongoing investigation by financial crime regulator, AUSTRAC, into its compliance with Australia's anti-money-laundering laws.

Instead they will start counterfeiting their own bullion. I figured this would eventually happen but assumed we had more time. Eventually we may not be able to trust the content of Gold Eagle or Leaf rounds.

It's just so nice looking and, reflecting on the last 12 years, it's become somewhat meaningful to me. I like to look at that first bar from 2012 and consider just how shitty things were then
>minimum wage job
>employer was actually stealing my wages on top of it
>working every night and weekend
>severe depression, borderline alcoholic
>no work despite college education because thanks Obama
Now, looking at the Rabbit:
>comfy six figure WFH job
>happy marriage, cute baby
>depression is basically cured, normal drinking habits now
>get a new job offer every other week but I turn them down because current situation is basically perfect

I'm originally an /x/ poster. The whole thing just seems significant in some way, that this arc from the Dragon to the Rabbit, returning to the Dragon next year, how life ebbed and flowed in highs and lows but ultimately led to something more wonderful than I could have asked.

Anyway, it's something like that.

Most have their own website you can order from as well and are legit (Liberty, Bullion Exchanges, BOLD, etc - just Google the stores name). Some of the big dealers (APMEX, SD, JM) also sell on eBay and actually sometimes have better prices on eBay than their own website. If the dealer does not have a website, I generally make sure they have 1k+ good reviews and scroll through - many times its just a boomer selling their stash as a retirement gig. You can find some good deals from pawn shops listing on eBay as well, just make sure they are legit and look up their location. At the end of the day, if the deal is "too good to be true" then it likely us, you will not pay at or under spot, and if you are it's probably zinc.

This is why you dont wait for deals/cheapies at the end of the system like a lot of anons in here seem to be doing, these fucks always go rogue at the end of a system over thousands of years, the last big purchase i made for my bullion/end of the system collection i made 2 years ago, since then ive gone back to buying silver as a hobby, which is how i started out.

What im saying is you dont take risks in a once in a millennium event like this and put all the money that you planned to as early as possible and then climb into the bunker and put the kettle on, you dont wait outside having the nuclear fallout cover you while you look for food.

Brehs...
I just won an auction on ebay for some antique silverware, was surprised to see i was the only bidder!
Then i looked closely and it hit me. The spoons and forks are monogrammed with the word "Négrier", which mean "niggers' trader" in french. Woospie :3
Kinda based but kinda not very optimal for resale purposes if i need to. Since the monogram is almost gone on one of the forks, i was wondering how deep i'd have to go to sand it down?

Is it also possible to let say pour in some molten silver, hoping it fill in the engraving, then sand down a bit to have an homogeneous result? My guess is it may still be visible because of a different shade/coloring between the OG silver and the added one, but idk really.

Otherwise i'm happy with the purchase, the hallmarks are from 1740 and from the town my great-grampa, grampa, my dad and i were born in (and maybe many gramps before that).
Maybe my ancestor even touched those during a dinner? Though it's unlikely as i come from a family of peasants (like 90% of the population back a century+ ago).

>The spoons and forks are monogrammed with the word "Négrier"

You're going to have to take and share good pictures of the engravings when you get them frogbro, these sound like a rare situation where the engravings will significantly increase resale value instead of being considered damage like normal monograms. If there are other monograms or words that might allow you to figure out the name of the slave ship captain or slave auction proprietor who owned them then they'd be worth even more. Stuff like this somewhat unique and doesn't have a standard "book value" like coins, it's a situation where hyping up and advertising the gritty historical dynamism of the items could generate much more interest and value than one might think. Having silverware used by a professional slave trader that was paid for by the blood and tears of countless nameless subhuman negroids is the most based thing I've ever heard of, Krugplebs shall kneel in perpetuity to your patrician slaver's blood-silver.

If he makes something, you still have the choice to buy it or not.

Sup scrapfren. About the monogram, i don't think it have anything to do with slave trading, it's probably just the name of the owner back then. After all we are a latinized country and the latin root word negro simply means "black". Maybe his ancestor during the roman occupation was working in a coal mine and came back home covered in soot? If so it's definitely a common name, never seen that name before.
That said, the city in question was part of the infamous triangular slave trade route (Africa-France-Haiti>US) back during this era, so who knows, you may be right...
The seller only posted 1 super blurry pic of the ensemble (3 spoons 2 forks), here i cropped it in pic rel, it reads
>I. NEGRIER D.
Which is kinda odd, you never see an initial after a last name usually. Any idea?

Also, what is this suspicious liquid in your goblets? Or should i call them chalices of life? Don't spawn too many miniscrappies pls, if they inherit your traits there wont be any crumbs left for us to scoop on ebay kek!

That is a very promising factor, I don't into the French language so can't help much but will search around. Based on the few examples of old french silverware I've seen you're right that an abbreviated initial letter after a last name seems unusual. Maybe there was a slave trading business in that city which the initials are referring to? like I(nternationale) Négrier D(élégation) or something, kek. A prosperous slaving business would probably be expected to have fine china and silverware for serving wealthy clients and guests visiting the headquarters. You're best positioned to try digging around for more info in old records, I do think it's worthwhile as these could be very rare and historically special items, people spend ridiculous amounts of money on slave trade related artifacts so if you figure it out you're looking at a 4-figure value for the set if advertised right or sold to rich American slave trade collectors. BTW I regret to inform you that the mysterious goo is just old candle wax lol, I did not in fact coom all over my load of silver and pewter... this time.

You very well know these threads are monitored by the JIDF, it's 100% sure the kikes will try to locate the mint and threaten them with infinite oyveying afterward. If he does it, he'd rather try to contact another mint he's not in bed with already.

It wouldn't take more than two weeks to establish either. Hit up Osborne or whoever's been minting the rounds and set up a storefront via Shopify. Since there's already preexisting designs of the frensmark and so wide of a support it shouldn't be much work crowdfunding it or polishing the design either. These two guys go around to different private mines and show them simple things to fix and than take a cut of profits of anything gets done, it was silly because the people buying these mines were obviously hobbyists or just in it for the land, not the mine under it. There was one in Sumpter Oregon I believe that looked actually promising but who knows if they got anywhere.

Weather channels "Prospectors" was pretty good, Outback Opal hunters / Gold Hunters is great to just check in on once in a while.
