I do agree, you have to be willing to put the elbow grease to make it work at an affordable price. And it helps to start with a boat that is better than functioning. Which is hard to find for cheap. And then, yeah, dockyards know who has any idea what they're getting, and are practiced at billing you properly. It's dirty work, not gonna lie. Actually getting into fiberglass restoration is hot, and dangerous mostly for your lungs.
