True, the same thing happened to Somerville, Malden, Medford, Cambridge, and Charlestown. Yuppies gotta live somewhere. Probably eventually will happen to Revere and Everett as well. Chelsea is fantastically close to the airport (almost walking distance) which yuppies love as well.
