I'm not an incel or some le ebic redpill meme dude. But if you think that there is hoeflation then let's work out a possible solution to that.

Women set the supply for sex. Men set the demand. Men set the supply for relationships. Women set the demand.

Men want sex early and often, and barely slow down until much later in life. Most women want to put off relationships until sometime in their late 20's, but usually want to beat 30 or at least the loss of fertility and increased risk of complications that comes with having children in their mid-late 30's through into their 40's.

So virtually all men in the market for sex from a woman have a consistent demand. Women are setting a "price" where the cost is too high for about 27% of men aged 18-15 to be having sex. Either because they just can't afford to meet the price (dates, social hoops to jump through, etc) or because the price has been set at a point where they just aren't buying.

There are indicators that 45% of women aged 25-40 will be both single and childless in the next decade. This indicates that women are not buying relationships because they have decided that the price is too high, or they simply cannot afford relationships. It might be most accurate to say that 45% of women cannot afford the relationship that they want.

So men are buyers of sex and sellers of relationships, and a sizeable chunk aren't having sex because they cannot afford the sex that they want, but they are operating over a much longer time table. Women are sellers of sex and buyers of relationships, but the data indicates that a plurality of women cannot afford the relationship that they want to buy and they are operating on a much stricter time table.

So I'd draw a few conclusions.

-Sex and relationships are both being sold as a Veblen good by both parties
-A large minority of men are priced out of sex and a plurality of women are priced out of relationships
-Sex and relationships have an exchange rate, but it isn't 1:1
-More women are priced out of relationships than men are priced out of sex
-Women are much more strongly motivated buyers of relationships than men are strongly motivated buyers of sex

The most likely outcome is that the price of sex eventually crashes. Men are not under pressure to capitulate to the same degree that women are. Here are some things I speculate will happen or have already happened.

-Giffen or inferior goods that are indirect competitors have already entered the sex market. Vtubers, onlyfans, pornography, elaborate sex toys etc. Is it as good as the real thing? Fuck no. But it momentarily satiates the demand for sex for those who can't afford it at the current high prices. I think that these are giffen goods rather than simple inferior goods.
-There is few giffen good variation that supplies the same thing that a relationship provides, outside of things like Host Clubs in Japan. There will be a small boom for gigolos and hot young guys looking for a sugar mommy to spoil them, but not nearly to the same extent as the giffen goods for the sex market has taken off.

I really just don't see a scenario where the price of sex doesn't crash, but I also don't see a scenario where the price of relationships doesn't remain high. Hoeflation really isn't the problem here, it's a leading indicator of a set of problems that are all likely to come to a head at once with disastrous social consequences.

The irrationality of most actors involved exacerbates the problem. In fact it's the root cause of it. We'll see a sizeable number of women undercutting other women on the price of sex as a strategy to get a man. We'll see a sizeable number of women "settling" for a man beneath them. We'll see a small subset of men setting the price of a relationship to being in a harem. We'll see men taking a lot of foreign brides.

There will come a point when the extremely cutthroat mating strategies start to come out before the price of sex and relationships just collapsing to find a new equilibrium. The question is how long the cutthroat mating games can be played before most people collectively nope out.

My solution to this (though probably wouldn't happen) is that we should normalize marriages between f20-8 and m35-40. Also, normalize casual sex between f35-60 with m18-35. This accomplishes a few things:

This prompts a behavioral change where they recognize that they aren't worthy, and either seek to remedy it or lower their expectations.

You can't target shit like being motherly, cooking, cleaning, obesity, or any of the classic shit. They don't identify with those things anymore and don't care if they can't do them. If anything they take pride in those deficiencies. What they do take pride in is being "strong" women. By criticizing their physical strength you call into question their identity, so the criticism sticks better.

Actually a decent suggestion that doesn't require altering economic conditions but make no mistake this entire problem is largely economic. Delaying children is a reliable indicator throughout the centuries of economic decline. Women don't want relationships with young men and young men aren't interested in trying to offer them simply because of the expense. The medium term solution would be to radically overhaul education from a 12 year propoganda program into a 8 year apprenticeship pipeline and have men entering workforce at 16. Zero college debt. Stop all funding for universities outside of STEM research and simply offer a kickass free k-grad online program for anyone who wants to do it. Do away with or even outlaw all college degree requirements for jobs and simply rely on testing to include IQ testing. Doing this would dramatically lower the age at which young men became economically viable partners and you'd see the entire situation improve.
