No. The term for ownership of land exempt from any rents/taxes/eminent domain is "allodial" and there is no allodial land in the US. You can only rent it from the government, like in China, though without a fixed expiry like in China. Then again, the Chinese will probably keep extending those land-leases that are now coming due.
