if ETH pumps, will alts also pump or will they stagnate/slightly pump in USD (while dumping in ETH:ratio)?
will a ETH pump suck liquidity out of alts?
should we be underallocated alts, and overallocated majors?
since majors tend to pump first in the beginning of bull cycles?
and when majors pump, they tend to suck liquidity out of small-mid caps?

this happened the previous 2 cycles right?
