As soon as I saw those girls hosting those bitcoin dinners I should have sold

The top was screaming at us. Remember how unusable /biz/ was with panjeets making hundreds of dogshit spin-off coins every hour? There would be like 2-3 organic threads active on the catalogue and everything else was DOGEFUCKELONBONERCOIN
I have no idea why I didn’t sell.

Can you give me an ass job? It’s like titty fucking but I’m sliding my cock inbetween in your asscheeks until I bust on your asshole. Well… what I’m trying to say is I’d like to slide my hotdog between your buns if you catch my drift.

He was literally signalling the top, but we didn't listen.

Not only that, but everyone on /biz/ who sounded like they knew what they were talking about called the top and told you to take profit and rebuy when /biz/ turned into "howtodropship".

Everyone just has to find out the hard way their first time...

I didn't sell because that shit had been going for a year or so. There were top signals even back in 2020, and the fun kept going for what, two years? It honestly felt like a new paradigm and that it wouldn't go down anymore.

I mean if I listened to the logical thing I would have sold right when Brandon became the president of the US and it turned out we had a massive bull run. I try not to think about it
>t. topped at $1.4M and now worth ~$300k with a buy in of maybe 30k

or as soon as you keep checking your portfolio every hour and how you are going to spend that money by looking at cars and houses but instead hold for more as your greed takes over and instead missed the bullrun

I went through two cycles here and didn’t sell. I had the unfortunate mishap of getting insanely close to my cash out goal, needed +5%. It never came. I think at that point I psychology tricked myself into believing there would be one final pump and if I sold “now” I would regret it forever. Bled out from over $2 million to less than $300k at the bottom. Became an emotional shell. I think I finally have the fortitude to just sell the top next time but I’m worried I’ll be holding the wrong shit and I’ll be fucked. One of the advantages of being newer to the market is you’re not married to your bags. I’ve lost that advantage. Everything just looks like another scamcoin to me now except stuff that has already pumped insanely and the things I’m holding, though I’m sure there are 100x’s out there. I am just too cryptoboomer to see them.

The most brutal top signals were at $40k/bitcoin where I sold AVAX at $80.
No regrets I didn't catch the top.
Your goal is to sell at a point where you know it'll get lower. Not timing things exactly. If you aim for the latter, you'll lose your money
