Tesla up almost 100% for the year. A few months ago, everyone was calling it a meme stock that was certain to crash down under $100.

What went wrong? Did too many people forget the meme factor and bank on fundamentals that no longer matter?

Bought some options today, I think Wednesday will have it run up with a big announcement on investor day. Obviously all the weekend buys had some impact on the price today.

Fair bit of bearish sentiment in the news though, apparently "Wall Street" is expecting a decline. Of course, I see this as bullish.
