I live in europe with my cat but I barely spend any money. With $1000 I can pay rent and food and buy some necessary items now and then. My 7k staked Links gives me 1 Link per day, so at around $30 dollars I can retire and neet forever.

Link at $50-100 would allow me to have a family and take care of them.

You could have put your money in any number of safe assets and beat that return.
