House prices grew faster than my down payment savings even as a solidly middle class guy making 80k and all mid to late twenties women are single moms or future wine aunts. So I'm debt maxing till I have a MD or PhD. I'm not working if it gets you nothing. I'm fucking around in school for the next decade at least .

Fuck you jews

The worst part is the Jews won. Rents have hardly come down so if a jew who bought just 2 years ago their rental income more than pays for the mortgage. Rents would have to crater to force them to sell.

I think its a short term win, I could be a productive member of society but I'm leaching fasfa and doing nothing but hanging out with women ten years younger than me.

Rent is a sticky thing. Once they go up it takes a lot to force them back down. And rents did not go up in a few places they went up everywhere.

Most homeowners bought long before the housing madness created by COVID. If they moved or wanted to get a bigger house with a pool the homeowner would be paying substantially more than before COVID. Now currently homeowners are going to stay right where they are. We are seeing a massive shortage of homes coming onto the market.

It will take years for rent and home prices to come back in line with wages.

>I could be a productive member of society but I'm leaching fasfa
I kinda don't blame you the FED broke housing. No one can afford to have kids at the current prices.

This is implying we're not in the throes of a dying empire. Housing will stay kiked, but all it takes is a random black swan event like putin dropping a nuke somewhere to kick of a multi generational housing bear market

3 years. 3 years is all it took to completely erode the middle class. I hope the people that did this will suffer endlessly in the after life but not before they see their children swing from street lamps.

Literally the only place house prices are coming down is China. Are they dying or doing great?

I don't know how it is sustainable, I was a somewhat respectable middle manager making more than the 150+ people who worked under me. I got nothing for my money, so I don't know why my wagies showed up to work at all.

It seems like you agree with me, what's your point? Yes, China is doing better than us and doesn't fight their reverse pyramid fertility rate through mass importation of 400 quintillion brown people. Countries in East Asia such as Japan have incredibly cheap housing specifically due to their disinterest in always obsessing over growing jewish gee dee pee

Not just years it'll be a decade at least before we see any change. Nobody is building affordable homes they're building half a million dollar 3-5 bed mansions cause that's what turns them the most profit. It's a race to see who's going to be stuck with the bill once boomers die and flood the housing market with their 40s - 60s houses turning home prices negative. Builders will be giving you rebates to take their shitty cardboard and foam new builds.
