I think it's insane to not hold at least 100 ICP given what it is capable of doing. At ~$620 at time of writing, it's a pretty time to buy in IMO.
I personally hold around 7K ICP with 8.5 SNS-1, of which 3K are stored in an 8 year neuron, and intend to keep buying more. I want to build up to at least a 10k stack with 5k in the neuron.
Is this a bad financial decision? It's possible. Nobody can see the future. It's possible that Dominic starts goose stepping around the office and playing Hitler speeches and Dfinity collapses.
However, I think that's unlikely and we'll see more and more developers coming to IC to build in the future. In the next bull market, $200-$600 doesn't seem out of reach. Eventually I don't think $5000 ICP is out of the question.
Of course, I can't be certain about any of this, but it's what I'm basing my decisions on.
With $200 ICP, sui/make it would be 500/5000.
With $5000 ICP, sui/make it would be 20/200.
Time will tell if this goes anywhere, but I'm very hopeful so far. It seems like a good bet.

i'd say 500-750+ is comfortable or at least some exposure like anon above said
