The usual discord nufudders are actually a lower form of life than unpaid internet janitors:
>constantly making 50+ pbtid fudding in discussion threads over 10+ hours whenever they're up
>the rest of the time they seem to be seething, samefagging, and monitoring in up to 6 fud threads at any one time during their "rush hour"
>they have been doing this possibly since 2021, when a lot of them bought the top and never recovered
>others lost their stacks on bancor and celsius
>some even think that they're "fighting the wef" by posting on here - yes they're that retarded
>lets be generous with the math and say that they've only done this for five days a week (including holidays) for one year (50x52=2600 hours spent doing this maybe)
>all over an apparently shitty and unimportant crypto

eth tos is tiny compared to link's, what I've said is that link has an equally long and ridiculous tos only for their staking services, while eth doesn't

Literally yes:
f. Limitation of Liability. TO THE EXTENT NOT PROHIBITED BY LAW, IN NO EVENT SHALL LICENSOR BE LIABLE FOR (…) LOSS OF DATA
https://www.apple.com/legal/internet-services/itunes/dev/stdeula/

Probably the majority of online services have such a ToS clause.

this is about the APPS, not the product itself you retard, otherwise this lawsuit would have fell through
read this and tell me how it is comparable
>In no event will the Protected Parties' aggregate liability arising out of or in connection with the Website, the Services and the Chainlink Network (and any of their content and functionality), any performance or non-performance of the Services, your Distributed Ledger Technology assets, other digital assets, Link Tokens or any other product, service or other item provided by or on behalf of a Protected Party, whether under contract, tort (including negligence), civil liability, statute, strict liability or other theory of liability exceed the amount of fees paid by you to us under these Terms in the twelve (12) month period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim for liability.

Remember that "1 or 2 decades" comment Sergey made at SmartCon?

At first I didn't want to believe it, but now I'm starting to think it's literally going to be 20 years before a 10k stack makes it.
All the new concepts they keep releasing are decades away from widespread adoption.
CCIP hasn't even been birthed yet, let alone been able to be experimented with.

We've got a loooooong road ahead of us

>yes
But it doesn't say that at all.
It says you waive any legal provision that says "the waiver does not apply to claims unknown to the creditor".

It’s a very specific and limited application, but you think it involves “all of your legal rights”.
You’re borderline illiterate.

It will be 10 years before chainlink is integrated into everything like google is now. But speculation always frontruns innovation, google didn’t moon overnight on one piece of news or integration, same will be true for link, speculators will just methodically pull up the ladder every so often. <$1 link had the ladder pulled in 2019, <$5 link had the ladder pulled in 2021, my guess is 2023 pulls the ladder on <$20 link, and 2025 <$50 link. You can swing to make it faster, just don’t ever gamble your whole stack.
