Virtually all of the tech in Snow Crash is now real. Diamond Age is out there to some degree, but shit like the skull gun will definitely be a thing (though it's not really "high tech" or useful). As far as Bud's muscle contracting shit - also easily real, just not needed given that steroids do better.
