idk i bought an apartment for $130k by living just two hours of train away from the capital in my country. Slightly "rural", but come on there's a fucking train to the capital what's the problem? People would rather pay $500k for the same apartment I have except they get no nature (i have a yard), there's cars everywhere, and it smells.
What the fuck is wrong with citydwellers? Why do they put up with it? For $500k I can get a fucking mansion in this location, and there's store's everywhere here too.
