I did that yesterday. It took 4 hours to get my eth from Binance to Bittrex, even though the transaction was confirmed within minutes on the binance end. In between that time the xmr value went up from 0.49 to 0.515 eth. A bit annoying, but it feels much better having all of the xmr safely in my wallet.
