Anon, the SEC can't "freeze" your tokens. Your LUNC exists on the blockchain in your wallet, the Station is just a GUI wrapper to let you see and move them. If the SEC takes down TFL and their Interchain Station then someone else will step up and provide a solution. As much as I hate Terra Rebels they already have a viable alternative, though it's still buggy as fuck and I wouldn't trust them with security just yet. Toxic Labs is also releasing their own Station. For the time being you're completely safe using TFL's app, it's still the most secure one.

If the SEC completely halts the chain then all bets are off and your coins are fucked anyway, whether they're on the Station or parked in an exchange. In the meantime you can stake without worrying.
