What in your right mind makes you go outside and WAIT in line to PAY 5$ for some coffee?

Cant you just make coffee with a drip machine with one button and then go outside?

theres plenty of drip machines with a grinder that grind and drip fresh coffee beans in 30 seconds ready. the coffee comes out to 30 cents per cup.

why would WAIT IN LINE, be forced to give a tip on a tablet or get bad service?

I don't understand the obsession with this, either. You could male a flask of coffee and take it with you. People seem to be conditioned into thinking buying coffee is this wonderful experience that is somehow essential to success. Its bs.

I don't tip for coffee. The taste of someone wasting their life as a barista also enhances the profile of the blend.

Nothing beats a well made espresso based drink, which is near impossible to make without a $2000+ setup.
I usually make a pour over at home which is decent but when I make it I'm going to get autistic spend a thousands on a top of the line grinder and espresso machine.
People spending $5+ for sugary starbucks frappe bullshit can fuck off tho

Personally OP, in queens I go to my Starbucks for the scenery. Rich asian sluts. Passed out fat junkie fucks on the bench. Roasties behind the counter making the shitty motor oil coffee. And can't forget about the fucking black girls. The shit writes itself that's why I don't make my own shit.

Have you tried possibly using actual ground coffee as a kind of pseudo Turkish style brew? It would undoubtedly taste better and be less expensive. You'd have to deal with the sludge at the bottom of the cup though.

>>53833707
There are over a thousand different chemical compounds contained in coffee. Hilariously enough, burgers on average have such a nutritionally poor diet that the majority of their antioxidant intake actually comes from the coffee they drink. Also Costco sells 3lbs bulk beans for around $17. So even a ridiculous eight cup a day habit would only cost around $1.60/day. I wouldn't be surprised if the amount of antioxidants he's getting from that much coffee is having a significant benefit on his health.
