They're going to be only company with clarity while rest of crypto is fucked, and it's happening soon. Hth.

>> No.53827566

I fucking hope this happens. All fudniggers must rope. All miners must flee the country, all shitcoiners must rug and hide in third world countries. Europoors don’t understand that if the US says it’s over, it’s over. Especially once CBDCs roll out. Once the US pulls the plug on all these retarded gamblers all the seething retards and squeal all they want but their piece of shit gambling products will no longer be supported in exchanges that trade against the dollar. By the time this happened Tether will cease to exist as well.

It's funny to hear all the /biz/lets that don't do real business talk about XRP losing or going somewhere.
If you did international settlement or ever moved large amounts of money overseas, even $20,000 at a time, you'd know that it's going nowhere and can't possibly lose.
It's the most efficient, safest, and most transparent way to send money.
The idea it "loses" in any meaningful sense is laughable.

ETH on the other hand is slow and costly and will lose slowly over time as the square peg refuses to go through the round hole.

Ripple found a problem, an expensive one, and solved it.
Everyone else is a fix looking for problems that don't exist.
This as been their pitch for almost a decade and /biz/lets are too inexperienced to actually listen to what they are saying.

I'm a podunk nobody in the grand scheme of things but I move $50,000 ten times a year, plus all my cc processing, easily would and WILL save me $25,000 a year.
It can't be resisted. It's too good of a solution.

Why are you putting words into my mouth you fucking faggot? US regulations which include IMF/BIS regulatory frame work kill your niggardly shitcoins. Do you really believe US CBDC will be traded against tether? Do you actually believe they’ll exist within the same space? You retards are absolutely clueless. Especially since you KNOW Tether keeps bitcoin alive. You stupid cucks realize they could just ban trades against anything they feel like? Even if the rumor of keeping bitfuck alive is true, they’ve already stated they could easily tax the living fuck out of you niggers through CBDC carbon credits.

What are you not understanding?

Ripple is in year 3 of an enforcement suit with the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission.

The U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission is currently undergoing the largest broad enforcement sweep since the inception of cryptocurrency spurred by the collapse of FTX.

Ripple has a multi-year "head start" so to speak relative to any other major company that was formed and provided by a company (all of them except Bitcoin, it's forks, and a few random others like Doge).

If Ripple is victorious in this shit or, as David Schwartz the CTO of Ripples alludes to, there is a settlement in which Ripple has regulatory clarity from the U.S. SEC that its operations will continue unimpeded by the risk of further securities enforcement action, while 99.5% of remaining crypto coins, their "foundations", DAO's, non-profit governance entities, exchanges, NFT issuers, Twitter influencers, etc. remain at risk of further SEC enforcement action.

That means within 6 from now, assuming they don't lose to the SEC, there's one singular company able to operate on U.S. territory that isn't encumbered with what is certain to be ongoing and significant legislation and further regulation through enforcement.

I fail to see what is schizophrenic about this, and consider it relatively obvious fundamental analysis for investment purposes.

100% this affects everyone from the top down, banks included. Ripple ends nostro vostro accounts.

Its literally cheaper and faster at the present moment, to fly where you want with cash and give it to the 2nd party then fly back. Than it is to send the money through banks.

They would still need to settle up on the public ledger and would still benefit from a maximally high price of XRP from a cost efficiency standpoint. Ripplenet using XRP at high price/low volatility is 40% more cost effective than the current settlement solution from a payment standpoint and this doesn't even touch the prefunding of accounts, and this is all only still talking payments. Ripple holds the patent for ODL. Look up what Rippling is. on the ledger. Existing institutions will need to join, or they will go extinct competing. Literally either or, no inbetween.
