Do you nerds actually keep your tokens in your own wallet and not in an exchange?

I kept some CSNO on cold storage and forgot about syncing my wallet, I've been trying to sync for 2 weeks now to be able to sell my shit but It's stuck.
Do you guys sync everyday even while keeping your coins in storage? I want to sell my csno when it pumps again but it's traped in my wallet cuz I'm so behind on the blockchain, I just want my tokens and eth out plis help

i keep it locally because US laws require me to declare any foreign assets if their value is over $10,000 and i use binance a lot

i keep a few thousand on foreign exchanges but im too lazy to do the paperwork so i just keep it on my computer

I also always had problems syncing that shit. Now I use a ledger nano with my etherwallet and keep some on binance for trading
