Definitely not a forever machine. I've seen enough "ALL" sections of cryptos to know that. You either get very fortunate instances of big ROI or you get many smaller ones that add up. Depending on your desires in life that could be enough. But a 300% APR I wouldn't expect to last forever. Anyway, it's really fascinating how all this virtual stuff has developed alongside other applications.
