No, the only ones calling it a scam are other dogcoin shillers like arbinu, and whatever other copy there is.

>Should I buy this?
Memecoins are what they are, memecoins. They hold no intrinsic value but they still pump over hype. If you are going to pick a memecoin, why would you not pick the first memecoin to launch on the network you are betting will be successful? Don't get me wrong you can buy other meme coins but ADOGE will always and forever be the first.

>How do I buy this
Send eth over to arbitrum and buy it from uniswap on arbitrum or any other DEX.

This will pump hard and dump harder, be sure to cash out when the hype is out of control.
