I have a genius idea for an app/website. How would I go about making this a reality? Basically need to create a website to check if something is nearby using your location and it’ll spit out user generated details. Website will also be used to build a community as well. Revenue will come from add across the nation (USA), yes seriously - this is how popular it will be.

Don’t want to give too much away. Are website/apps a pipe dream?
