first the HR roastie, then 2 bosses roasties, then HR from the firm, after that I had one interview with one of the CEO's, and I was very excited because I was i'm almost in this big company, even though my blue collar job pays more than this white collar one. however, some guy came out of the blue, with a fucking jewish name in disguise and it was over for me since then. this happened yesterday but i'm still so mad about it, that fucking jew boicoted me, I bet my ass he put some nephew or some related motherfucker, I guess some of us are never ment to make it

every company that has a process of 3+ interviews i've never gotten a job with and wouldn't want to work there. they spend $1000 of the roastie team's labor hours to interview some keyboard slave of no great impact. what a clown company. imagine working there. you'd need 90 signatures and a notice in the local newspaper to get approved to go on a dental appointment. these boomer companies should go out of business. now that it's all digital interviews it isn't that bad, but back when you had to pound pavement it was a massive waste of dozens of hours of your time plus commute fees. it's disrespectful to you as a candidate. if they treat you like shit while you're interviewing imagine how bad it will be once they have you on the w2 ball and chain.

i just got hired. i went to one interview, they offered me the job on the spot because i dress tidy and have a nice haircut and a pair of steel toe cap boots. it is in a steel mill.
i also have relevant experience though little with steel but I got two other calls for interviews from other factories I applied for but stuck with the steel works because the other guys there are good.
