How the fuck can I get packages sent from china for $3 but it cost $9 minimum to ship anything withing my country???

I live in Italy an if I order something from china it gets here with no extra tax and with at most 3€ shipping, I tried ordering something from the US on Digikey and I ended up paying 30€ of extra taxes + 20€ of shipping for 40€ worth of goods.

Chink packages send your package, and thousands of other packages, in the same shitty boat and through the same shitty inefficient routes. Chink packages take a long time to arrive because they're all bundled and sent together. Plus they fake stuff like tracking information so you don't see your package is being sent through Turkey.

Your country doesn't have as much volume and each package is attempted to be sent through more efficient routes so you get them in a week tops. That costs more.

Yes, that is it. In a ironic way, the lack of laws in china like labor laws and ip laws resulted in a hypercaptialistic chinese society. The universal post union decided that Americans and other westerners should subsidize countries that are developing by paying for their postage costs. China was added to the list many decades ago before they took over the global export economy. Nobody wants to change it now since all of the richfags that have lobbying powers for said scheme get their shit produced in China.
