Gensler and that new UK prime minister were guys that they said were pro crypto and both of these guys are trying to regulate new cryptos into the ground
Just like every other industry, they’re going to use govt regulatory agencies to make sure new competitors don’t enter the market

Yeah, good luck maintaining a 1:1 pegged stablecoin of a stablecoin when the original gets nuked by the SEC.

You've made the whole room dumber just by opening your mouth.

Do you even know what the NYDFS is? No, I didn't think so, because if you did you wouldn't of just hung a "look at me, I'm a massive faggot" sign around your neck.
Please, stand up and explain to everyone how the SEC is going to successfully sue a company that is regulated and approved by the the same US government department that is in charge of $8.8T in assets?

Feel free to expand on that and provide any facts at all what they might be investigating? Or why Paros is still at this moment licensed to operate in the USA and trade of BUSD hasn’t been suspended?

How is a 1 for 1 pegged stablecoin a security?
Does anyone buy it expecting the price to go up?
How is there an expectation of profit from buying a stablecoin?

Howey test reminder:
1. An investment of money
2. In a common enterprise
3. With the expectation of profit
4. To be derived from the efforts of others

Because there's a coordinated effort going on right now between the SEC, IRS, Federal Reserve, Treasury, OCC, OFAC, FinCEN, DOJ, FBI, NYAG, and yes even the NYDFS to come down on crypto businesses with the full force of the law, and cut them off from any access to traditional banking. Kraken throwing in the towel over staking as a service was just a shot across the bow. A lot more enforcement is coming.

Every business sector the government wants to regulate out of existence is "allowed" to keep operating until it isn't. Online poker was just fine until Black Friday. But if you want to keep ignoring the giant field of red flags being planed by US authorities on crypto, you do you.

Why don't you try to explain why everything with BUSD is just fine despite Paxos receiving a Wells notice?

Reminder that a stablecoin can also be classified as a security if it passes the Reves test. Whether or not a stablecoin will pass the Reves test is legally uncharted territory, and the SEC appears determined to chart it according to their whims.

Well you two got the most opposite points I could think of. Yes, they are going on a coordinated effort. Yes, they try to lie, sue, threaten and lobby against anything else than what they control the majority of tokens of and nothing new is under the sun in that regard.
My only notion of doubt arises when I listen to the ideas they have about how they can redefine principles on a whim and threaten cattle to live by insane rules, but this is where the strength of congress typically shows it self. You can't just waddle in as any "expert", flash your dick and spew out nonsensical words and make people believe your definitions like any acolyte has tried to.. Gary Gensler seems out of the picture, but he's still actively filing shit down the already clogged tubes we call government, so with process it's just a question on how stupid, evil or and mallable any judge approving the corruption can get at this point or the senate can whip up way of tyranny to unfold.
Principles outlive definitions in any conversation so I can sleep well despite how much this incomprehensional stupor is being broadcasted. Anyone wanting to live freely instinctly knows this.
