If you wanted to get 100 million ICP burned in 1 year, you'd need dev activity to increase by 3061x. The price of ICP has to stay the same for this scenario

Alternatively dev activity could remain stagnant and the price of ICP could decrease to $0.0018 each and you'd see 100 million ICP burned in 1 year.

This could meet in the middle somewhere for the outcome you're looking for. A high ICP price slows the rate of ICP burn naturally.
