Technically speaking, 50,000 ROSE can be a make it stack.

4 week T bills are currently returning like 4.5%.

Assuming you have 50,000 ROSE and sell at $1....

4.5% of $50,000 * 12 months = $27,000 a year.

A passive $27,000 a year for doing nothing is "making it" in some parts of the world.

And even then, even if you live in a costly city like NYC, that sorta puts you in a "fuck you money" situation because you won't have to work full-time.

You can get a part-time job and be able to tell your boss "fuck you" and quit because you've still got $30K coming in.

Make it is different than make it stack. Rose and Sui go through different phases. There is not much trading in between those two phases and usually the coin will stay a few months within that phase before moving on to another phase. Make it started around Feb 16th and is still at Sui. The reason why it stayed at make it for so long is because there wasn't enough buyers to move it up to Sui and it was too volatile. Now the volatility has calmed down and the coin has reached its peak price and needs to fall back to Sui. It will take a couple months before it reaches Sui.
