You are trapped in shill chamber, anon. Check out what happened before 1866. It's interesting. The amount of dollars in circulation was reduced to 1/5th of what it was 10 years before.
Like that, the economy was destroyed and a need for a solution was created. European bankers implemented fiat under their control shortly afterwards and acted as the firefighters for the fire they caused. Imo this is happening again. Just look in a newspaper, everywhere it says inflation, but the reasons for the recent increasing food prices are different. Food is under total control of a few companies, they decide what you pay and it is used as political weapon.

Don't forget the kosher tax on most food items too, anything with a circled "U" on the packaging is certified kosher which means an actual rabbi walked into the facility, said "okay" and gets a cut of the proceeds. A cut of the food items that just got ever more expensive, wonder if they raised the rates on the certifications. Want to make a normalfag angry? Tell him about that.
Our inflation rates are caused by nothing more than unmitigated corporate and central bank greed. If it were true inflation, as in more numbers to the money supply (that not even gold and silver are immune to) the workers would be getting bigger numbers for pay, but they aren't. Hell they're getting less since almost nobody gives out full time hours anymore, good fucking luck getting more than 30 hours a week.

I've been buying my gold around the £1,470 mark last year so it will be a little higher for if it reaches £1,500 this weekend, but I'm willing to take the hit as the average is pointing to higher costs. Don't go too hard on the facts. It's too much for some people. I've had success with just showing some coins. Let them touch a silver coin, Guess how much it's worth. Do the same with a Gold or platinum coin. This ofcourse requires that you have a decent trustworthyness antenna. Often i get some questions which i answer with: "this is my savings account." or "it should follow inflation" or an example of a failing currency. Or the fact that pm's are traded all over the world. I usually don't go too hard on the facts and let them be curious. Planting steeds y'know. Recently i had one of them Come back to me and she asked for a friend what they'd do with some of their savings. They had 20000 and i said, right now to buy Gold as it was in a small dip at 1600. They did and They're happy about it now i'm sure. But i cant stress enough how you mustn't push too hard.

Showing people silver and gold that are shaped like something they are interested in can sometimes hijack their good feelings about a hobby/interest and transfer it to silver. Show men 50 caliber rounds made out of silver or show women gold animals in the shape of their favorite animal. Never sperg out about manipulation or government or jews unless you know that's an open path in their mind. If they have trouble saving currency you can tell them "transferring" currency into silver/gold makes it more difficult to spend. You gotta learn about the person and what their interests are and use those interests to your/their benefit. Do they like travel and other cultures? Talk about how X or Y culture loves gold/silver.

First, sd bullion of jm bullion are safe and trusted. I got my first 100 oz of silver from jm bullion and sd bullion with no issues delivered to my door.

You can probably find better deals at a coin shop too.

Typically speaking I do a 1 oz of gold per 100 oz of silver. Silver does have a higher chance of mooning though. It has consistently been a 1:13 ratio for thousands of years but it was only recently that the Federal reserve manipulated it to be worth 1:30 +

It also has more commercial use and will deplete faster than gold. But you should hold both.

Inflation doesn't enter the economy evenly, anon. Why would it? New money - be it bank credit or government payments - doesn't enter evenly. Wages eventually increase, but they lag behind. That's why inflation always has winners (first in line for the new money) and losers (you).

Inflation always hits first and hardest in those sectors that are most dependent on credit and subsidy: housing, auto, health care, education, equities, etc. Research the Austrian theory of the trade cycle.

I've found cheap silver in all 4 states I've lived in, it probably seems overhyped to you because boomer scrapsharks beat you to the good stuff. Estate sales, flea markets and garage sales can be really good but as 1/2 kilo Chad here recommends:
>>53652011
you have to be waiting at opening time for the best chance at finding deals. It might seem unbelievable to the uninitiated but his scores at a fraction of melt value are something anyone can buy if they know their silver and get there early. You're less likely to find anything good at thrift or antique stores, both because they often screen out the special stuff and because the good items they overlook get put out at random unpredictable times so you can't plan to be first in line to see it as you can at an estate sale. 2 of my best scores came from a Goodwill, $4.24 each with tax for a 1,100g German .800 silver platter and a 950g sterling fruit bowl but such deals are few and far between, estate sales are more reliably productive in my experience. If you're a lazy entitled zoomer showing up to sales at noon with no experience or knowledge besides your amorphous desire for cheapies you will fail, the formula for success isn't complicated but does require a bit of discipline and knowledge of hallmarking systems. I get most of my cheap silver off eBay, I used to monitor and refresh results in the "sterling" category for newly listed Buy-it-now items priced way too cheap but it was stressful and took more time than I wanted to invest. Many stellar BIN deals get listed every day so it's still a good strategy but you need to be extremely fast at evaluating and estimating yield because the competition is stiff and ever-present. I now use a different more efficient strategy for mining eBay that I've improved significantly over these last 3 years, I've given more hints and tips than you'll get from anyone else but you gotta figure it out on their own like I had to.

Used to be advertised in newspapers in the classifieds section but local Facebook "garage sale" type groups and www.estatesales.net are what you should watch nowadays. There are always different estate liquidation companies that could operate in any given region, many are very professional and don't miss as much good stuff but many other estate sale companies are more like a part-time hobby business for groups of middle-aged women. The ultra professional estate sales usually aren't as good as the ones managed by part-time people but nobody is perfect and I find cheapies at them too. It's a situation where you just have to attend some sales and get a feel for the style and strengths/weaknesses of the different companies so you know which companies to follow more closely in the future. Sometimes you'll find estate sales managed directly by the heirs without outside help and those can be some of the best. I hit several estate sales last year and got kilos of cheapies, the best single haul was one sale where they had a silverplate set in a wood chest for $100, but hidden under the table was a cardboard box of sterling silverware for just $50. They had tons of antique souvenir spoons for $2 each and other cheap silver, I got over 2 kilos of sterling for $133 at that 1 sale plus valuable old books and antiques, petrified wood and a 10k gold brooch.

Some older dudes will help out the younger guys who they take a liking to or respect. My best advice is just get outside and start looking. Plan your morning route. Get there early.

Banks, government employees and contractors, people who get government subsidies, industries supported by debt (housing, education, auto). They get the new money before the market "knows" about the expansion so they get to spend it before the general price increase. On the other hand, if you are far away from the new money fountain, you end up paying the higher prices before your wages catch up. This is one way inflation destroys the middle class. This is a main reason why it takes two average incomes to run a household now when only one was required fifty years ago.

clearly dithering over 1 dollar over spot would be a ridiculous thing to say about the price of gold, and "pre 1933" only refers to gold

so i'm talking only about silver here.

New car apr is probably around 7%
Used with less than perfect credit is credit card tier rates. Which can easily double the purchase price in many instances. Deprecating asset or not, you need a vehicle in America. You should calculate out the cost of your credit and see if you can stomach that. 10k is a very reasonable amount to work with. Just get something dependable like a Japanese vehicle whichever way you go, new or used. In ye olden times, it was reasonable to take out a loan when you could find 0.9% or something silly low. Invest the rest in any old mutual fund for an easy 7-8% a year. Now not so much, you need a very hefty down payment, or buy used. Which is hard, since used car prices are crazy.

Yeah, I checked his Twitter and saw a post saying non-gilded orders were shipped, but it looked also like gilded orders were not yet shipped. Emailed him and he got back to me, confirming this (all orders with gilded have yet to ship, as still waiting on boxes).

Also, apparently only 100 gilded Megumin were made. I knew this was the case for Yotsuba gilded, but not Megumin gilded, too. Glad I bought one, despite the $150 tag, as such. With the $600 Yotsuba Gilded I bought on eBay the other day, once Boomer comes out, the collection, as to date (including Chris Chan coin), will be complete.
