I feel you. I feel like Im about to break down mentally because Im in a constant cycle of shitty sleep, working 9 to 5 and then being too tired to do anything else.

I think maybe being depressed from working all the time or maybe anxiety is causing me shitty sleep, I constantly have vivid dreams at night that I wake up from over and over.

Rn I seriously feel close to moving cross country and getting some low level job even though I have a masters degree and make 65k/yr right now.

Working 9 to 5 is breaking me down into nothing, this lifestyle is so depressing to me doing the same shit on a computer over and over each day. I'm only fucking 26 I can't keep doing this for decades holy fuck
