Are the whales that damn determined to make everyone else poor? What's their stupid game?

I've been looking at btc charts and it acts like maintaining 23k is way too damn hard. This shit is seriously starting to piss me off.

The only thing necessary for altcoins to moon now is for bitcoin to just go up slightly, but it can't even do that SMDH.
