Our country was founded around a few core principles, one of which being no taxation without representation. Our founding fathers ran the Boston Tea Party, Our founding fathers went to war over being taxed and not properly represented. If they saw what was happening today, they'd do it again.

What has the federal g9vernment done for you? You specifically? Have you felt a single miota of representation in DC about the problems you face?

Why is it, when a minimum wage earner can't afford an apartment, and people making six figures are living paycheck to paycheck, and children are still being massacred in schools, and minority groups are being targeted by hate groups, and our federal government sits back and does nothing, we are being taxed more now than ever?

Why is it that we have to file our taxes, when other countries don't. Why is it we can go to jail for improper filing?

Why is it there are people struggling to even get there accounts past $0, let alone out of the negatives?

It's time to change. My retirement age is said to be 67 by the Social Security Administration. France is rioting over a change from 62(?) To 63(?). I have no income. I have no savings. I have nothing. And I'm not the only one.

I am not filing my 2022 taxes. If I do, I know I'll *owe* the federal government, while I already have nothing. The federal government has failed to protect me and so many others from constitutional injustices so many times. They fail to put our tax dollars to things that can help. They fail to protect our rights.

No, I don't withhold taxes throughout the year because I'm self-employed and I don't pay quarterly taxes because it's annoying and I'm not giving the government money a moment earlier than necessary. So I just get a nice fat tax bill each year for which I receive approximately nothing.
