Yes all offices should be open 6 days a week but every employee only works 4 days, you have two identical shifts working 3 days each week and then a 4th day where both shifts are present to pass information and do any company wide training or events. This will cut down on traffic and commute issues drastically as only 50% of the workforce is commuting most mornings.
