My manager says she doesn’t judge any employee differently if they don’t tip her but I don’t believe her so I usually give 20%

I used to tip my manager but fuck that. I milk it until I get fired. They never want to come out and say "hey you're not tipping the manager" because it's optional but they start looking for anything. Literally been fired 3 times in the last 5 years and I know it's cause I didn't tip. DGAF and it pisses off my boomer parents KEK
