If you become a Node Operator of this Avalanche Network, you will make your first million within three years. Okay?
I'm gonna repeat that. You will make a million dollars within three years of your first day of Staking your own Node.
There is no question as to whether or not you'll become a millionaire staking here.
The only question is how many times over. You think I'm joking?
I am not joking. I am a Node Operator. It's a weird thing to hear, right?
I'll tell ya. It's a weird thing to say. I am a fucking Node Operator.
And guess how much I stake. ten thousand. You know what that makes me here? Micronode senior citizen.
This crypto business is entirely comprised of ghostchains, not mine.
Lucky for me, I'm very fucking good at staking, or I'd be out of rewards.
You guys are the new blood. You're gonna go home with the kessef.
You are the future big swinging stakers of this network. Now, you all look shitcoin hungry, and that's good.
Anybody tells you C-Chain is stuck doesn't fuckin' have any sJOE.
They say blockchains cant scale? Look at the fuckin' AVAX Consensus. high tps and decentralized, baby.
You want details? Fine. I run a 8core 32GB 1tb on a VPS. What's up? I have additional 2% from delegation rewards.
I can validate every Subnet you could possibly imagine. And best of all, kids, no slashing.

So, now that you know what's possible. Let me tell you what's required. You are required to delegate and DeFi your fucking ass off at this Chain. We want sovereign Users here, not redditors. A redditor invests in Solana. A redditor asks how much AVAX you get in the first year. APY?
People come and validate these chains for one reason: to become filthy rich.
That's it. We're here to make friends. We're savin' the fuckin' manatees here, avax is green guys.
You want high APY? Go get rugged, like jeets. The first three months at the Node are as a Delegator. You make $15 a week. After you're done delegating and researching, you do the Node Tutorial. You pass that and stake 2000, you become a Node Operator and you're opening a VPS Server for Avalanche or run it in your basement. you start Staking for yourself. Sky's the limit. Word or two about being a Delegator. Friends, parents, other FUDfags, whoever, they're gonna give you shit about it. It's true. $15 a week? Not a lot of money. Pay them no mind. You need to learn this business, and this is the time to do it.
Once you run the Node, none of that's gonna matter. Your friends are shit. You tell them you made 25 grand last month, they're not gonna fuckin' believe you. Fuck them! Fuck'em! Fudders don't like Emin? Fuck you, SOL and DOT.' See how it feels when you're makin' their fuckin' portfolio without risk in a month. Now, go home and think about it. Think about whether or not a Node is really for you.
If you decide it isn't, listen, it's nothing to be embarrassed about. It's not for everyone. Thanks. But if you really want this, you post in this thread and we'll talk. Just don't waste my fuckin' time.

>How do I sign up
Its permissionless, you dont have to "sign up".
anyone can Stake, anyone can delegate and anyone can build on Avalanche.
>How should I buy it?
Bridge your ETH or BTC and swap for AVAX on Trader Joe, or buy on a CEX. up to you.
>How much to start staking?
2000 AVAX is the make it stack and thats how much is needed to run your own Validator, but will eventually get lowered. thats why 500 AVAX is the Suicide insurance.
The minimum amount that a delegator can delegate is 25 AVAX.
Buy as much as you can.

>>53591134
9% from AVAX staking + 2% (and later more) from the delegators rewards.
And then there is the Subnet rewards. this is where it gets really juicy.
A Validator can validate multiple Subnets and each Subnet can have multiple Blockchains.
Many of these Subnets will be open to anyone and you will be able to validate them too, for a reward of course.
noticed it? the rewards start to add up.
>How much of an increase in earnings would a validator node be?
its impossible to predict how much the Subnets will bring because of how much is happening on Avalanche. there is massive potential here.
also check this blockexplorer to calculate your base rewards: https://vscout.io/

Glad to hear about lowing the validator minimum to 500 but whether than happens or not I was planning on eventually rotating profits into avax. Now my resolve is strengthened. Tell me more about your hardware set up? No slashing, but are there penalties?

>> No.53591608

>>53591495
if you have under 80% uptime you dont get rewards is the main takeaway.
I run my 6k node on 4 vcpu 8gb ram spinning disk (and its stats are very good), just carved a VM out of a server I build for music streaming. The bootstrapping process is the most intensive part of it, if it can bootstrap it will have no issues.

>> No.53591646

>>53591495
>your hardware set up?
8core 32GB 1tb nvme on a VPS in a very good connected area. my Validator has an impeccable performance, for years. High trust Validators will be in HUGE demand soon.
>No slashing, but are there penalties?
If your uptime is shit then you dont get your reward, thats it and its extremely rare that this happens, its really piss easy to run a Validator and hard to fuck things up.
should it happen anyway for whatever reason then you dont lose anything from your stake and your coins technically never leave your wallet so even if your Validator server/basementserver was hacked or going down in a housefire, just start a new validator somewhere else and install your keycert in there and keep validating.

node rewards = staking, currently 7-8.5%. delegating to a 2% node means you just give 2% of your rewards to the node which is a way better deal than running your own for the moment. 2% is nothing and they should/will increase the minimum
>within 4 years or so
actually more because the reward % decrease with time. in 4 years it will be something like 5%. you better buy as much avax as possible now
