House prices are going to drop since the fed has increased interest rates. Real Estate investors are okay, but not great. ALOT of them are only invested into real estate and that's it. You need to diversify your assets, not just for diversification sake, but within a calculated method to be sure you are up all the time and making more money more efficiently than anyone else. Graham is okay, bu a very basic index fund and real estate guy, like a fucking simpleton within th e investment world.
