it means you have to have insider information, get to beat the market you need insider information, or be investing in stuff that isn't properly priced. aside from that the only way to make ok returns is to have a diversified stock portfolio and hold long term. but that shit is boring and you will only make a couple of percent more than the market at best.

In any case, all markets a different. EMH is more valid for a liquid market like the NASDAQ as opposed to some shitcoin or some penny stocks.
