This. He literally didn't do anything illegal. He didn't even do anything immoral. The drug in question was essentially out of production, he bought the manufacturing rights, then basically increased the price to scan insurance companies out of money (legally).
If a customer was not able to get this drug through insurance (which again, basically nobody needed this drug), then his company shipped it to them at no cost to them.
He's in jail because he mocked Hillary Clinton and made insurance companies angry.
