The entire crypto market's growth depends on excess moneyprinting from the Fed. This man controls whether or not you make it. JPow is not going to pivot, which means this is another boring year of bear/crab cycles.

"excess money printing from the fed" is a byword for the failure of the monetary system, which is the main reason people invest in stateless cryptocurrency beyond speculation and trustlessness

I'm less concerned about making it this year and much more concerned that this spineless Fed chair is going to devalue the USD to the point I can't afford Ramen noodles.

yeah well an international sovereign debt crisis would mean the ramen never even makes it onto the boat

Powell has no choice but to print money. Tax receipts are down and the interest on the debt and the debt itself is growing. Other countries are dumping dollars at the same time. It's not about crypto, it's about holding hard assets while fiat fails, that could be gold, Bitcoin, real estate, etc. Powell is trying to buy time to kick the can down the road again and avoid the inevitable but it seems like the end is coming faster than we think. CBDC may likely be rolled out as a way to reset the financial system but CBDC's are worse money so it'll crash vs superior money.

Independent of how much inflation central bankers inflict, BTC is subject to scarcity. You cant print more btc, there's only a finite amount but usd seems to print ad infinitum. AGPPHX

And only idiots will sell at a 100k for fiat. In a currency crisis, Bitcoin is going to go way past 100k. Only sell if you have too. I don't see CBDC's being successful.
