It means that there's a bunch of resistances converging. Resistances breaking are one of the reasons things pump (or fall if the resistance doesn't break). Anybody claiming to know if it's gonna go up or not is lying. The only reason I've realized some profits is because the 1D RSI is hot as shit and seems like a healthy retracement is due.
If the resistance breaks, 25k and 29k are real possibilities and if it doesn't break, 20k-ish seems like an okay support level now after this last rally.
How you manage your risk based on that information is up to you.
