You're 100% correct but two things I find is most people are deficient in something (usually D, cause we're all stuck inside waging. Don't take a multi though, those are a waste), and also taking vitamins regularly cements another step in a good routine.
Wake up, shower, breakfast, vitamins, quick workout, make your bed, etc etc. Sometimes one good habit builds others.
Age is going to claim us all, but I'd rather live as best i can till it catches up to me than start the process early.

On a similar page, get a physical every year with an actual GP you go to. Don't get caught up in those health care malls where you never see the same doctor twice and it's like 15 nurses before you even see one. Quicker you spot things the better. Even if you're not aging on the outside your organs are doing their best to fuck you over and you have to be on top of them. Lie about colon cancer in your family and start those screenings at 35. Fuck the insurance companies it's not worth shitting in a bag at 40.
