I too thought of this but came to the conclusion that as easy as it sounds it more difficult than what it is. On the managing side you'll have to either hire people(s) to do the DM'ing or do it yourself which is quite the task and demoralizing af. On top of that, finding a stable client base would be quite the challenge as you have to scavenge newbies or not as popular individuals. trying to convince a "top x%" type person will difficult as they already have a working system. If you ask, it isn't worth it, maybe 2-4 years ago. But not anymore.
