I didn't say it had to go to 10k. But it is a feasible bottom range. Even 5k would be possible if we look at percentage drop from ATH in previous bear market lows.
I personally won't buy over 10.9k. It should be clear to everyone by now that BTC is a self-replenishing repeat bull trap of a rugpull and it doesn't make sense to buy as low as possible and sell on the way up.
