There is no "right time". The only thing that we know is that HBAR is currently at $0.07 and at the top of the last bull run it reached $0.50+. It's an easy bet that more enterprise use cases will roll out on the network and the network will eventually support anonymous nodes. It's not a question of if this coin will do a 10x to 20x, but when.
