After working at a well known l crypto company it's weird how much the internet gets wrong on what happens with production. They honestly can't tell the vaporware scams vs the real projects. I don't blame them. I'm not allowed to dox myself and correct people online as it has to go through marketing but the biggest problem is a lack of real UX focus as most places outsource it to shitty Indian companies where their full stack developer is "also" the designer and in the name of speed everyone copies each others shitty UI patterns.
