I want to point something out with this chart and see if other anons have come to the same conclusion. We were flat basically ever since the split dividend, that was when the cyclical runups stopped. If they used the DTCC to instruct brokers to process the split dividend as a regular forward split, then they have shifted their short position to those brokers. That could explain why we stopped seeing the usual FTD cycle runups from that point. If that isn't the explanation, something happened then that gave them breathing room and has allowed them to delay, basically the opposite of what many of us expected to happen.

Quite possibly true. I suspect brokers know they have been made scapegoats if that is the case, though I believe it's been spread to everyone involved now. They are still fucked, I just would like to see a piece of news that makes it run up again. I am of the form belief that positive cash flow is all that will do it. That means dividends, which naked shorts will be fucked with. IF here is a deal with BABY then as a profitable business rolling into the company that means more profits, more profits means higher dividends. If they decide to pay shares as dividends rather than cash, if they made those shares NFT's as per their prospectus then a short would have to purchase them to deliver them, making the price of shares go up. Not only would it cause them to be margin called by having them have to buy the rope that hangs them Cohen could do it every quarter until they are all bled dry. A picture NFT with no value I think doesn't make sense. Based on their prospectus they specifically state 1:1 of their choosing, so they plan to NFT their shares at some point. Why not make the naked shorts buy the shares they need to deliver finite and on a ledger, leading to margin calls, leading to further forced buy ins, leading to... etc etc.

Pretty smart if that's the case and no amount of kvetching like in the Overstock case.

Those derivatives don't represent actual cash positions. The Fed would have to print quite a lot of money to pay us out. Couple that with the fact that a lot of public companies are propped up by these, and the entire finance sector would be nuked, and you'd have mass layoffs and businesses go under. It would probably make the Great Depression look like good times. So in that sense it may be deflationary. I want a functional economy after I have my gains so I can actually enjoy them, and I want changes to come so they can never do this again.

This whole time I was looking into penthouses and mid century modern homes, but dream seeing homes I want come and go on realtor websites has been pretty black pilling. but even then those homes didn't have the seclusion, landscape or acreage I wanted.
